Water Corporation is one of the largest utilities in Western Australia, managing a pipe network more than 34,000 kilometres and delivering water services to over 1m properties. BroadReach Consulting was engaged to assist with the assessment of the Enterprise Architecture function at Water Corporation.
An Enterprise Architecture Maturity Assessment report was produced that recommended a set of services appropriate to the organisation and a roadmap of actions that would lead to an effective architecture function.
This roadmap assisted Water Corporation then build and establish a successful EA team. Predominantly the Architecture team is comprised of permanent staff. However, BroadReach Consulting have provided additional architecture capacity when required.
